Challenge
A new urban spa in Miami needed to build its brand from the ground up. The goal was to create an identity that felt premium and inviting, aligned with the local lifestyle, and capable of shaping not only the communication but the overall customer experience.
Solution
I joined the project from its early stages, creating the name and visual identity, which also helped guide decisions around the space’s architecture and atmosphere. I developed the social media content plan and defined the visual direction for all brand communications. Photo and video productions were executed by a local team in Miami, based on the creative concept and guidelines I established. The result was a cohesive and contemporary brand, fully connected to its audience.
